    Maksym

    QA Engineer

    Maksym works for an advertising company that improves the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. He joined the company a week and a half after graduating from the course.

    He started by testing simple interface fragments and writing test cases in Testrail, then started testing SQL databases. After 4 months I started working with Postman, data validation, and process optimization with Clickhouse.

    The hardest part was testing Cron, consumer, through Docker. Thanks to TJHelpers' support and training, during Maksym's time on the project, a large number of bugs were fixed and the stability of the service reached a new level.

    Dmytro

    QA Automation Engineer

    The main task of the project that Dmytro is working on is to develop a system for ordering hardware and software products. He has been working on the project since late September 2022. He started working on manual testing and was responsible for solving the problems of refactoring existing test cases.

    Later he started to study automation. With the help of training from TJHelpers mastered JavaScript (for writing automated tests) and Protractor (the main testing framework). The most difficult tasks for Dmytro were UI automation and localization automation, and together with the support team, Dmytro completed these tasks and currently covers 80% of the functionality with automation.

    The main skill that helped Dmytro achieve fast results is not getting caught up in the complexity of the task and not being afraid to ask questions of the support team.

    QA Engineer

    Olena works for a company that develops marketplaces. At the beginning of her work, the main problem of the project was insufficient test coverage, which affected the quality of the service.

    In addition, Olena identified several critical issues in the product in the early stages of development, which allowed her to make the necessary changes and prevent serious problems in the future. This helped the company achieve its goals in terms of quality and speed of order processing.

    With the help of TJHelpers, Olena also solved the problem of lack of documentation, introduced a system of continuous creation and updating of documentation, which prevented misunderstandings among the team and saved time in the subsequent stages of the project. Olena is constantly improving her skills, is currently studying Java at TJHelpers, and is preparing to change her qualification to QA Automation.
